  • All services, including internships, bootcamps, and software tools, are delivered digitally.

  • Upon successful payment, users will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp with necessary access credentials, links, or onboarding instructions within 24 to 48 hours.

  • In some cases (like pre-scheduled programs or internships), access details will be shared before the start date of the selected program.

2. Physical Product Delivery (if applicable)

  • Currently, GradXpert does not offer any physical products. However, in the event of merchandise (e.g., certificates, kits, etc.), shipping details and tracking information will be communicated to the customer via email.

  • Shipping timelines for such items will range between 5-10 business days based on location.
